Compliance & Governance: Build and maintain HK compliance systems; draft governance materials; ensure adherence to HKEX, SFC, and HKMA regulations.
Board & Company Secretary Collaboration: Partner with the Company Secretary on board documentation, shareholder communications, and disclosure obligations.
Information Disclosure Documents: Draft disclosure documents including board announcements, annual/interim reports, and shareholder meeting circulars.
International Brand Partnerships: Lead drafting and negotiation of distribution, licensing, and agency agreements; coordinate with China Legal on cross‑border execution and compliance.
Dispute Management: Handle HK litigation and arbitration; liaise with external counsel.
Regulatory Engagement: Interface with HK regulators; monitor legal developments and advise management.
Internal Advisory: Provide daily legal consultation to business, finance, and HR; develop compliance policies and training.

Requirements

LL.B or equivalent; qualified to practice law in Hong Kong.
PQE 6 years with strong grounding in HK common law, corporate law, contract law, and compliance.
Experience in listed company governance and international brand distribution advantageous.
Familiarity with PRC cross‑border compliance preferred.
Strong drafting, negotiation, and dispute resolution skills.
Bilingual fluency (English, Cantonese/Mandarin).
Collaborative mindset with ability to work across legal and governance functions.

Responsibilities

Manage assigned wholesale accounts end-to-end: relationship building, commercial negotiations, order collection, issue resolution, and account development.
Achieve monthly and annual targets for revenue, gross margin and account growth within assigned portfolio.

Responsibilities

Develop annual forecasting, A&P budgeting and execution of marketing as well as action plans to achieve the business goals
Design and lead 360-degree campaigns and product launch strategies, aligning global brand guidelines with local consumer insights and trends.

Requirements

Enthusiastic, energetic, creative and able to work under pressure
Strong analytical mind and self-motivated
Good team leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
